Pick what you want lit
- Roofline
- Bulbs along the gutters and up the edges of every peak and dormer. Usually $500 to $1,100.
- Ridges
- The line along the very top of the roof and the slopes down each end. Usually $525 to $950.
- Landscaping beds
- One line along the front edge of the beds, not driveways or walkways. Usually $250 to $450.
- Wreath
- One lit wreath on the most prominent peak. $150 to $350, by size.
- Garland
- Lit garland around the front door. About $250.
- Arch
- Lights tracing the arch at the front door. Usually $225 to $375.
- Tree wrap
- A wrapped trunk and a few strands looped through the branches. Small trees $200 to $400, medium $300 to $600, large $500 to $1,000 and up.
- Colors
- Warm white, pure white, red and warm white, red and pure white, or multicolor.

What it costs
You buy the lights, so the price follows what we light and how big the property is. First-year examples:

What's in every quote
- The lights
- You buy them from us, cut to fit your property, and they're yours to keep. We don't install lights you already own.
- Install
- We hang everything, so you stay off the ladder.
- Maintenance
- If a light fails on its own, we fix it through December 31.
- Takedown
- Everything comes down by the end of January.
- Storage
- We store your lights free until next season.
Next year, reinstalling can save you about 20% because you already own the lights. A 50% deposit gets you on the schedule. We start installing in October and keep going through Christmas. Your exact price comes with a picture of your property lit, by tomorrow evening.

Questions
How much do professional Christmas lights cost?
First-year installs start at $1,000. A full front usually runs about $2,600 to $3,600, and large properties can reach $5,000 or more. The price covers the lights, install, maintenance through December 31 if a light fails on its own, takedown and free storage.
Do I own the lights, or am I renting them?
You buy them from us and own them. We don't install lights you already own. We store yours free between seasons, and reinstalling next year can save you about 20%.
When will my lights go up?
We start installing in October and keep going through Christmas. Based on our schedule today, A 50% deposit gets you on the schedule for the next open slot.
Do you take the lights down?
Yes. Takedown by the end of January is part of every job.
Do you need to visit to give a quote?
Usually not. One good photo of the front of your property is enough, and I'll walk you through taking it.
